Move Over Ron Burgundy

I always thought the debate of great TV/movie benders began and ended with a Ron Burgundy vs. Krusty the Klown discussion until Jimmy McNulty decided to throw himself into the fray. Man oh man did he bring things to another level. On the hood of a police car in an alley? That smells like a 56 game hitting streak or a 100 point game to me.
